Can I direct your attention to these posts?

August 8, 2007

Heather has written something meaningful here about blogging, what gets talked about on blogs and the difference between real life and blogging life. Oh yeah, and Underdog! Recommended.

Missy has something heartbreaking over at her place. It made me cry, for loss, for the power of loss across time. Follow the link in that story, and you’ll find another amazing blog writer, writing about stuff that will make you cry more. Go, with tissues, but go.

Meanwhile, Charming Bitch, who is no stranger to loss either, of both a child and the betrayal of her own body, has made a stunning announcement. Oh, and also, she’s getting some really good sex. Which is good, cause Lord knows, SOMEONE should be getting really good sex.

Also, Tobias has two related posts up Idealist and Realist and More on IIdealism and Realism which are both just about over my head in terms of actually intellectually being able to follow the discussion, which, I think has to do with the easy trap of categorization.

For a more easily digested, and visually more entertaining treatment of the above treatise, I invite you to go out to Fr. Jake’s place and find out if you are Prickles or Goo. The creators of South Park are involved in this venture, so, it is definitely, less, um, OVERTLY, intellectual.

Go. Shoo. Go read. Much better stuff over there then here today.

Omigosh, Missy’s story about her grandmother was so sad.

On other matters, sex? Much less good sex?

Just figuring I shouldn’t say a word about sex here, not at all.

    See? I didn’t.
