I’ve found out what I’ve always suspected:

You’re The Mists of Avalon!
by Marion Zimmer Bradley
You’re obsessed with Camelot in all its forms, from Arthurian legend to the Kennedy administration. Your favorite movie from childhood was “The Sword in the Stone”. But more than tales of wizardry and Cuban missiles, you’ve focused on women. You know that they truly hold all the power. You always wished you could meet Jackie Kennedy.

Take the Book Quiz
at the Blue Pyramid.

I can’t tell you how much I loved this book. One of my favorites. And fitting, dontcha think?

You know, I really should sit down and read this one some day.

And yes, I think it’s very fitting.

You’re Loosely Based! by Storey Clayton

While most people haven’t heard of you, you’re a really good and interesting person. Rather clever and witty, you crack a lot of jokes about the world around you. You do have a serious side, however, where your interest covers the homeless and the inequalities of society. You’re good at bringing people together, but they keep asking you what your name means.

This is one of my favorite books. That and John Matthews’ THE BOOK OF ARTHUR.

I have not read The Book of Arthur. It shall go on my wish list immediately.

I do really like Arthur books – I’ve read a few, starting with The Once and Future King, and most recently read a series that was more historical fiction than the romanticized medieval tales, and it was quite good -but lengthy – 7 or so books I think, called the Camalod Chronicles by Jack Whyte. They were excellent.

Excellent! Congratulations. Great book. And it fits!

Depending how I answered one of the questions (I couldn’t make up my mind) I got two different books, but… by the same author! So I’m some novel or other (One Hundred Years of Solitude or Love in the Time of Cholera depending on the day) by Gabriel García Márquez. !

Hi Eileen, this is what it said about me.

    You’re Catch-22!
    by Joseph Heller
Incredibly witty and funny, you have a taste for irony in all that you see. It seems that life has put you in perpetually untenable situations, and your sense of humor is all that gets you through them. These experiences have also made you an ardent pacifist, though you present your message with tongue sewn into cheek. You could coin a phrase that replaces the word “paradox” for millions of people.
