I'd like to ask these people if they have any statistics on child abuse in same-sex parent homes. I watch our local news (don't ask why - I guess I'm a masochist). All I ever see is straight people abusing and killing their kids. The happily partnered men who live next door have adopted three boys who are just about the sweetest, most well-adjusted kids you could ever meet. They've brought me cards and flowers when I've been sick, and honestly, they're the happiest family we know. Augh - I feel the rage coming on... sorry... “Research”? There is no stinkin’ research. I was a grad student in Psychology and sweated thru two entire semesters of the toughest, graduate-level Research Methods & Statistical Analysis courses you can imagine. At the end of the second semester, we were alloted the <b>entire day</b> to complete our final exam - and it took me six, solid hours.
